What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to be part of one of Edinburgh’s most respected and valued community services.

  • The chance to contribute to our mission of providing essential support to the local community.

You will also form part of the national PASS service, jointly provided by Citizens Advice colleagues throughout Scotland, by supporting the provision of a national PASS telephone helpline, webchat, and email advice.

In addition to providing direct advice and information to clients, you will support bureaux volunteers to deliver information and advice, assist with the marketing and promotion of the service, and liaise with external organisations in order to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of PASS.
